Staff Sergeant Pat Rawlick has demonstrated excellence in policing throughout his entire career spanning over 38 years through his community involvement, strong leadership skills and commitment to the utmost of quality in the delivery of police services.

Staff Sergeant Rawlick’s career has seen him serve numerous communities throughout the Province of Saskatchewan within which he has been consistently recognized for his dedication and professionalism.

Staff Sergeant Rawlick’s strong leadership style has created “high morale” amongst his subordinates and within the community.  Staff Sergeant Rawlick maintains a very high standard of quality and enforces this through planning and monitoring with the detachments under his command.

Staff Sergeant Rawlick has been noted as an outstanding, highly motivated  member through assessments by his supervisors and by members of the communities which he serves. 

The Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police would like to commend Staff Sergeant Rawlick for his strong commitment to policing with the Excellence in Policing Services Award for 2006 in the category of  Lifetime Achievement.
