The Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police is proud to present

S/Sgt. Keith Dalton of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police "F" Division

with the

Excellence in Performance Award

S/Sgt. Keith Dalton has been a member of the RCMP since 1994.

Throughout his career, S/Sgt. Dalton has demonstrated his commitment to excellence and contributed to policing as a whole in the Province of Saskatchewan. Although he performs his substantive job as the senior NCO on the Integrated Organized Crime Unit North, at a high level of professionalism and commitment, it is the other key, high profile and high risk areas to which he has stepped up and provided excellent work above and beyond what is required of him.

S/Sgt. Dalton is a team player who displays excellent communication skills, and has had a varied career, with the bulk of his experience being in the drug and organized crime areas. He gained experience from his time as an investigator with the drug units and integrated drug units in Regina and Saskatoon. He has also gained vast knowledge and experience performing duties in Covert Operations and by being the Division’s Undercover Coordinator. Keith is a key resource in the province for assisting with Source Witness Protection. He continues to gain experience in all these disciplines, and is now in a leadership role, where he takes the lead in many key areas. He mentors up and coming investigators and leaders.

S/Sgt. Dalton’s knowledge and experience, along with his desire to share it through mentoring and his willingness to step up to take on what needs to be done, demonstrates his commitment to excellence and his contributions to the betterment of our province.

The Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police is proud to recognize S/Sgt. Keith Dalton with the “Excellence in Performance Award”.
